Of-course, we as-well have devised our own homebrew. A rules-light, D6-based system that works well with young kids and can be played anywhere and anytime.
I published the first Hebrew version in 2013. When COVID hit, we decided to complete the English translation, naming it “Elements of Fantasy”.
Beginner players or a busy GM wanting to play a rules-light OSR game might find it interesting. It sure worked well introducing my kids to the joy of old-school pen & paper RPGs and we used to play the game almost every weekend (we recently took a break to run a B/X campaign based on Hexroll).
